This review is long overdue. My brother (Alfonso) was at Vineyard Post Acute for approx. 3 months. If it wasn’t for Tasha Stone taking interest in my brother that was at Specialty Hospital he would not be here today. Right away at VPA he started to receive the services and care that he needed to recover. PT, OT and speech started working with him right away and got him up and walking. I want to give a shout out to All of the office admin staff, Nurse’s (Lourdes and many more), CNA’s, PT (Caleb, Sebastian, Mark and many more), OT (Ester) and speech (Skylar). The nurses and CNA’s always communicated with the family and were very professional and attentive to my brother’s needs, they would go beyond to create a safe place where he could heal. The facility was clean, maintained and very welcoming. Thank you for ALL you do!! Highly recommended!

Choosing a facility for care is never easy, and I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism I encountered here. The staff treated patients with patience, respect, and genuine compassion, which makes such a meaningful difference during vulnerable moments. The environment felt supportive, and I could see the effort many team members put into making residents feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you to the caregivers and staff who go above and beyond to create a space where healing and dignity are prioritized.

The facility staff are doing excellent work especially the CNA’s and RN’s, they’re doing well on taking care of the residents. They also help the family’s resident to feel that he/she is safe and well taking care of at VPA. ❤️

Great place! Patient care is their top priority. Social Services goes above and beyond to help with anything and everything they can. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing rehab or long term care.

I’ve been to a lot of SNFs, and Vineyard Post Acute genuinely stands out. From the moment you walk in, you can tell there’s a difference—it’s clean, organized, and yes… it actually smells good. That alone says a lot. Beyond that, the facility runs with strong teamwork and structure. Every department plays its part, communication is solid, and there’s a clear sense of accountability. People show up, handle their responsibilities, and support each other when needed. It’s not easy to find a skilled nursing facility that feels both professional and well-maintained, but Vineyard Post Acute does a great job creating that environment! Highly recommended!

I’ve had multiple family members rehab here and every experience has been excellent. The staff is helpful and kind. Roger one of the CNA’s is absolutely amazing, he’d sing to my Grandma she loved him

At Vineyard Staff work collaboratively to ensure resident receive quality and compassionated care, management is approachable and encourages communication the facility promoted professional growth and maintains a strong focus, patients safety and well bein. Nurses and CNAs very compassionate about patient care at Vineyard post acute patient are heart of everything they do.

Great place, it smells good, people are so helpful

This facility is one of the best that I’ve ever visited. The staff are kind and it is very clean. I couldn’t imagine a better place for a loved one to receive care.
