The California Department of Public Health has issued an order effective 1/7/2022. The order has added more restrictions to visitations inside skilled nursing facilities. Vineyard Post Acute will do it’s best to accommodate your visits and be sensitive to it’s residents and their family’s needs. Vineyard Post Acute will also follow all CDPH guidelines and orders.

INDOOR VISITS: Visitors must be fully vaccinated and provide evidence of a negative SARS-CoV-2 test within one day of visitation for antigen tests, and within two days of visitation for PCR tests. Please note that if you are booster eligible then the booster is a requirement to be fully vaccinated. If the above requirements are not possible then the visit must be conducted outdoors.

OUTDOOR VISITS: Visitors must provide evidence of a negative SARS-CoV-2 test within one day of visitation for antigen tests, and within two days of visitation for PCR tests. Unvaccinated visitors, and those who are unable to meet the indoor visitation requirements, may visit outdoors with proof of negative COVID 19 test.

Vineyard Post Acute is unable to assist with COVID 19 testing for visitors. Please reach out to your primary care physician, local county public health, pharmacy, etc. for testing and additional vaccination information.

These restrictions will last until February 7, 2022 or in accordance with CDPH guidelines.
